The Village House is a welcoming and light-filled vacation home set in the heart of Caleta de Famara, facing out directly on the sea.
The house is 100 square meters, with a terrace accessible directly from the promenade, as well as a spacious living room and dining room with views of the sea.
It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an inside courtyard and its own private 90-square-meter garden.
The house was built in 1970 and fully remodeled and refurbished in 2016 staying true to the classic Canarian style. This is what lends the Village House its unique charm. It’s also one of the few remaining houses in town with its own garden.

Just in the middle of the beaches of La caleta de famara.

It occupies a truly priviledged spot, a quiet corner of town only 100 meters from the small pier and a beach ideal for small kids. It’s also just a five-minute walk to the expansive Famara Beach.

At the heart of the peaceful zone of the village

It is situated on the walk of the seaside, forbidden vehicles, 100 meters away from the port and from its fishing zone, and secure beach.

The Sea View

From the entrance and the front terrace you have direct views of the sea and the incredibly striking Risco de Famara (Famara Cliffs), as well as of the Graciosa Islands.

The Living Room

The dining area has a large window offering an astonishing view. It’s spacious and comfortable and has a dining table for six and is conveniently located next to the kitchen and living room.
