The living room

As you step through the front door you’ll immediately pick up on the house’s cozy feeling, with the kitchen, living room and dining area sharing the same open space.
From any point you can fully enjoy the view of the waves outside. Each room in the house has wifi and a TV with satelite connection.

The dining room

The dining area has a large window offering an astonishing view. It’s spacious and comfortable and has a dining table for six and is conveniently located next to the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen

The kitchen is designed in the open ‘American’ style with a central island.
The big window lets you cook while enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and the Graciosa islands beyond.
It’s equipped with all you’ll need: an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, along with all the accoutrements of a full kitchen, kitchen aid, Electric boiler, cofee-maker…

The Indoor Courtyard

This is an outdoor space within the house that let’s you enjoy sunny days in complete privacy.
It features a table for six, a large sun shade and barbecue.
It’s the heart of the house, the area where local residents tend to spend most of their time.
You access the courtyard via the bright interior passage way which also leads to two of the bedrooms.
The courtyard opens onto the garden (with lounge chairs) and a utility room separate from the house.

The garden

Private garden, the only one and unique private garden of the villge, solarium and relax.

The Master Bedroom

This is the largest bedroom and is located in the center of the house.
A window overlooking the interior passage way provides ample light.
t has a double bed and suite-style bathroom with italian shower.

The Courtyard Bedroom

The first of the two is a spacious bedroom that opens directly on to the courtyard and is infused with a special light.
It consists of two single beds, a private bathroom, italian show and toilet.
The third bedroom also has two single beds, from which you can look out on to the central courtyard. As with the other two bedrooms, it has its own an italian show and toilet to ensure utmost privacy.

The bathrooms

Each bedroom has its own spacious and bright italian bathroom, with towels and hairdryer.
For privacy the toilets are separate from the shower area – except for the the bedroom along the passage way which is a suite.
We kindly ask you to be careful with your water usage – it’s a rare and precious commodity on the island.
